Nick Bedu

Nicky aka 'Nick' Bedu (don't ask) is a visionary Producer who has led from the front in helping create a more diverse and inclusive industry. 

After 14 years as a cameraman and Producer Director, Nick in 2010 co-founded youth-driven production company Fully Focused Productions and YouTube Channel MYM Million Youth Media (80M+ views, 440k+ subs), which has become the number one short film platform in Europe and beyond for filmmakers predominantly from underrepresented communities. Fully Focused creates content in collaboration with brilliant young people and provides free training and pathways into the industry.

Recent accolades include Winner: 2023 Best Production Company for New Talent @ Edinburgh TV Festival's 'New Voice Awards' and finalist in The Production Guild of Great Britain Inaugural Earl of Wessex Award 2023.

As a Producer, Nick's films have over 30M+ online views and have created tangible debate for positive change amongst the youth and intergenerational audiences.
